Kennlerngrillen und Gruppenfoto / Welcome barbecue & group photo

Als Fotodienst hältst du die schönsten Momente des Kennlerngrillens mit deiner eigenen Kamera fest. Das Kennlerngrillen ist die erste Veranstaltung der Erstiwoche – hier lernen sich alle zum ersten Mal kennen, und du sorgst dafür, dass diese besonderen Momente festgehalten werden. Vor dem Grillen stehst du außerdem als Fotograf*in für das Gruppenfoto von Orga und Tutor*innen zur Verfügung. Danach machst du Fotos vom Grillen, der Stimmung und unseren Gästen und schaffst so Erinnerungen, die die Erstsemester noch lange mit ihrer ersten Woche verbinden.

Bitte bring deine eigene Kamera mit. Finde dich 10 Minuten vor deinem Schichtbeginn am Treffpunkt ein und melde dich bei der Orga (den Menschen in Orange), um deinen Dienst zu beginnen. Nach der Erstiwoche stellst du uns deine Bilder zur Verfügung, damit wir sie – zum Beispiel für Rückblicke und auf unseren Kanälen – veröffentlichen können.

As part of the photo duty, you capture the best moments of the welcome barbecue with your own camera. The welcome barbecue is the first event of the freshers' week – it's where everyone meets for the first time, and you make sure these special moments are captured. Before the barbecue, you're also available as a photographer for the group photo of the organizers and tutors. After that, you take photos of the barbecue, the atmosphere and our guests, creating memories the first-year students will associate with their first week for a long time.

Please bring your own camera. Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before your shift starts and check in with the organizers (the people in orange) to begin your duty. After the freshers' week, you provide us with your pictures so we can publish them – for example in recaps and on our channels.
