Als Einlasshelfer bei der ErstiGameNight unterstützt du uns Orgas dabei, den Ein- und Auslass der Veranstaltung im Humboldtbau zu kontrollieren. Beim Einlass sorgst du vor allem dafür, dass die Veranstaltung für alle sicher ist: Du prüfst die Badges unserer Gäste und achtest mit auf die Einlassregeln. Beim Auslass achtest du vor allem darauf, dass alle Spiele im Haus bleiben und nichts aus Versehen mitgenommen wird. So sorgst du dafür, dass alles geordnet abläuft und sich unsere Gäste einen entspannten Abend voller Spiele und Highlights machen können.
Finde dich 10 Minuten vor deinem Schichtbeginn am Treffpunkt ein und melde dich bei der Orga (den Menschen in Orange), um deinen Dienst zu beginnen. Plane außerdem rund 10 Minuten nach deiner Schichtzeit für die Übergabe an den nächsten Dienst ein, bevor du die Veranstaltung wieder ganz ohne Arbeit genießen kannst.

As an entrance helper at the ErstiGameNight, you support us organizers in controlling the entry and exit of the event in the Humboldtbau. At the entrance, your main focus is making sure the event is safe for everyone: you check our guests' badges and help enforce the entry rules. At the exit, your main focus is making sure all games stay in the building and nothing is taken out by accident. This way, you make sure everything runs smoothly and our guests can enjoy a relaxed evening full of games and highlights.
Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before your shift starts and check in with the organizers (the people in orange) to begin your duty. Also plan for around 10 minutes after your shift to hand things over to the next person before you can enjoy the event work-free.
